Instructions (8)
  1. Bone the meat nicely.
  2. Flour the meat.
  3. Fry the meat to a fine brown.
  4. Pour the fat out of the pan.
  5. Add the ingredients as above, with the bones, to the pan.
  6. When enough, take the meat out.
  7. Strain the liquor.
  8. Put your meat back into the strained liquor with the ingredients, as before directed.
