a pint of milk ↝ Milk, NFS [Milk, reduced fat]
some whole cinnamon ↝ Sugar, cinnamon [Sugars and honey]
Lisbon sugar ↝ Sugar, NFS [Sugars and honey]
the yolks of three eggs ↝ Egg, yolk only, raw [Eggs and omelets]

Instructions (4)

Boil a pint of milk over a slow fire, with some whole cinnamon, and sweeten it with Lisbon sugar.
Beat up the yolks of three eggs.
Throw all together into a chocolate pot, and mill it one way, or it will turn.
Serve it up in chocolate cups.
