Dried Haddock Grilled. (Merluche fumée et grillée.) Take a dried haddock, trim off the fins and tail, and then pour over it a little warm butter or salad oil, and put it to grill or broil for ten to twelve minutes according to the size; take it up and pour over it a little more warm butter and season with a little pepper and serve.
