  1. Take the whites of five eggs, and the yolks of one, and beat them up with a spoonful of fine flour, and two spoonsful of orange flower-water.
  2. Then take the cream off the fire, mix in the eggs by degrees, and let it over the fire again to thicken.
  3. Sweeten it to your taste, and pour it into basons for use.
