  2. Boil them a few minutes in a little water.

Mushroom Loaves. TAKE some small buttons, and wash them as for pickling. Boil them a few minutes in a little water, and put to them two large spoonfuls of cream, with a bit of butter rolled in flour, and a little salt and pepper. Boil these up, then fill your loaves, and do them in the same manner as directed in the preceding article.
