  1. Serve like the Muscovite dish, only varying the stuffing, which may be of any kind of cooked meat, seasoned and mixed to taste.
  2. When trimmed as for the onion en casserole, cut a slice off the top, scoop out the centre, and replace by a trimmed and seasoned kidney, fasten the top on again, and finish the whole.
