two eggs ↝ Eggs, Grade A, Large, egg whole [Dairy and Egg Products]

for the meat layer

seasoned steaks ↝ Beef, tenderloin steak, raw [Beef Products]

Boil potatoes till fit to mash.
Rub the mashed potatoes through a colander.
Make into a thick batter with milk and two eggs.
Lay some seasoned steaks in a dish.
Add a layer of batter over the steaks.
Pour the remainder of the batter over the last layer.
Bake until a fine brown.

Potatoe Pudding with Meat.

Boil them till fit to mash: rub through a colander and make into a thick batter, with milk and 151two eggs. Lay some seasoned steaks in a dish, then some batter; and over the last layer pour the remainder of the batter. Bake a fine brown.
