  1. Cleanse the sago as described previously.
  2. Boil the cleansed sago slowly and wholly with new milk.
  3. The sago swells significantly; a small quantity is sufficient for a quart of milk.
  4. When done, the mixture will reduce to about a pint.
  5. It requires no sugar or flavoring.

Sago Milk. Cleanse as above, and boil it slowly and wholly with new milk. It swells so much that a small quantity will be sufficient for a quart, and when done it will be diminished to about a pint. It requires no sugar, or flavouring.
