pounded sugar ↝ Sugar, NFS [Sugars and honey]
finely pounded mace ↝ Spices, mace, ground [Spices and Herbs]
cream ↝ Cream, whipped [Cream cheese, sour cream, whipped cream]
butter ↝ Butter, stick, unsalted [Dairy and Egg Products]

Instructions (8)

Dry the flour well which you intend to use.
Mix a little pounded sugar and finely pounded mace with it.
Make it into a thick batter with cream.
Butter the wafer irons.
Let them be hot.
Put a teaspoonful of the batter into them.
Bake them carefully.
Roll them off the iron with a stick.
