  1. Take the thickest rinded oranges or lemons; pare off the rinds very thin; put into a glass bottle as many of these chips as it will hold, and then as much Malaga sack as it will hold besides.
  2. Stop the bottle down close, and, when you use it, take about half a spoonful in a glass of sack.
  3. It is a fine spirit to mix in sauces for puddings or other sweet dishes.
