Take the juice of raspberries or red currants, add as much treble refined sugar beaten and finely sifted as will make it into a thin paste, drop them upon fine cap paper with a tea-spoon, dry them before the fire, the next day take them off, and keep them in a glass jar, it will preserve the flavour.
  2. They are a great ornament to a dessert.

To make RASPBERRY or CURRANT DROPS.
