BOIL four ounces of rice till tender, put it upon a sieve to drain, put in four eggs well beaten, half a pound of butter, half a pint of cream, fix ounces of sugar, a nutmeg grated, and a glass of ratafia water or brandy: beat them all together, and bake them in raised crusts.
