  1. Take half a pint of stiffly-whipped cream, mix with it one and a half ounces of castor sugar and a few drops of Marshall's Vanilla Essence.
  2. Divide it into two parts.
  3. Colour one with a few drops of Marshall's Carmine and the other with a few drops of Marshall's Sap Green.
  4. Then use by means of two bags and pipes.
