half a pint of whipped cream ↝ Cream, whipped [Cream cheese, sour cream, whipped cream]
one and a half ounces of castor sugar ↝ Sugars, granulated [Sweets]
a good pinch of ground cinnamon ↝ Spices, cinnamon, ground [Spices and Herbs]
the seeds from a vanilla pod ↝ Cowpeas, young pods with seeds, raw [Vegetables and Vegetable Products]
a few drops of Marshall’s Carmine

Take half a pint of whipped cream, sweeten it with one and a half ounces of castor sugar, add a good pinch of ground cinnamon, the seeds from a vanilla pod, and a few drops of Marshall’s Carmine; put this into a forcing bag with a large rose pipe and force it out into the desired shapes.
