“Kabobs.”
Skewer small button onions upon small silver skewers alter-
nately with pieces of meat cut into squares the same size as the
onions. Sprinkle them well with curry powder, fry them in
3 ozs. butter, and when fried quite brown, send them to table
with their skewers poured over them.
N.B.—All curry powder must be dried a few minutes before
the fire when wanted for cooking.
