Potato—“Dutch Potatoes.”* (Mrs. Warre.) They are to be had at Covent Garden, and look like new potatoes in winter. Peel them and pour boiling water over them. Let them boil till three-parts done. Pour off the water and leave them in the pan covered with a cloth 15 minutes. Serve in white sauce.
