1 teaspoonful of Borwick's baking powder ↝ Baobab powder [Fruits and Fruit Juices]
cream ↝ Cream, whipped [Cream cheese, sour cream, whipped cream]
an egg ↝ Eggs, Grade A, Large, egg whole [Dairy and Egg Products]

For white scones, add an egg mixed with the cream.
For brown flour scones, do not add an egg.
