Golden Syrup Pudding. No. 1. Make a light suet paste, roll it out, cover it with bread-crumbs, grate the rind of a lemon over it, add the juice, and over all spread golden syrup, roll it, and boil it. Be careful to close the ends well, or the syrup runs out.
