  1. Prepare an anchovy biscuit paste, cut out in pieces about two inches square.
  2. On each square place a rolled-up fillet of Kruger's 'Filets de Hareng Marinés au Vin Blanc'.
  3. Garnish with fresh butter by means of a bag and small rose pipe.
  4. Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
  5. Serve on a dish-paper.

Fillets of Herring Marinated à l'Osborne. (Filets de Hareng Marinés à l'Osborne.) Prepare an anchovy biscuit paste, cut out in pieces about two inches square, and on each square place a rolled-up fillet p 2 of Kruger's 'Filets de Hareng Marinés au Vin Blanc,' and garnish with fresh butter by means of a bag and small rose pipe, sprinkle with a little chopped parsley, and serve on a dish-paper.
