  1. Scrape four cocoa nuts.
  2. Add the same weight of powdered sugar to the cocoa nuts.
  3. Mix with whites of eggs, beating with a wooden spoon until forming a softish but thick paste.
  4. Lay the mixture out upon wafer-paper in small drops.
  5. Bake them as directed in the last.
