  1. Make a very strong isinglass jelly.
  2. When cold, mix it with a double quantity of cranberry juice pressed as above.
  3. Sweeten and boil it up.
  4. Then strain it into a shape.
  5. The sugar must be good loaf, or the jelly will not be clear.
