  1. Mix four tablespoonfuls of corn flour with a little milk.
  2. Put one quart of milk with three tablespoonfuls of sugar in it, on to boil.
  3. When it boils pour in the corn flour.
  4. Let it boil two minutes.
  5. Wet a mould with cold water.
  6. Pour in the mixture.
